Dry Land Training will help athletes to get in shape for the competition season. The 4 Dry Land Training sessions will be held on Oct 31, Nov 7, 14, and 21 from 12:00 noon to 3pm. Activities will include exercises and drills to increase strength, agility, and stamina. Athletes must register ahead of time to participate. Athletes that would like to develop individual training plans will have opportunities to work with trainers for an additional fee.
